We provide recreational and professional dance instruction in ballet, tap, jazz, modern, hip-hop and tumbling to over 450 students each week. Congratulations to our competition dancers who traveled to Chicago for Applause National Dance Competition and who took Best of the Best Petite Division, Junior Choreography Award, Teen/Senior Entertainment Award, Senior Duet/Trio 1st and 2nd place overall and qualified top two scores with 12 pieces for the finals of Best of the Best! 22 Platinum Awards and over all top 5 scores in every division! Dancers Win at SHOWSTOPPERS

NDC competition dancers swept the regional Showstoppers Dance Competition held at Nashville at May 1 & May 2. Go to Showstoppersonline.com to view our production routine that was the highest scoring teen piece in the competition and see our scores! In addition to that in senior we won 1st overall line, large group, small group, 1st & 3rd in duet/trio; Teen we won 1st overall small group, 3rd large group, 1st production & 3rd duet/trio. Our juniors won 1st overall large group, 3rd & 5th small group, in Petite we won 2nd overall large group, 2nd small group and 3rd duet/trio.

Dancers Win Top AWARDS at Applause

Nashville Dance Center Competition Dancers traveled to Birmingham, Alabama on April 2, 3 and competed in APPLAUSE TALENT COMPETITION and qualified for national competition in Chicago by winning first place overall Petite Small, Large Lines, Junior Small Group, Large Group, Teen Large Group, Teen production, Senior small group, large group, lines and took top 1st place Teen duet/trio plus won 1st 2nd and 3rd Senior duet/trios. In addition to all the platnium, top overall first place scores our senior small group "Just Like The Movies" was selected for the FDC Judges Choice Award and our company director, Leah Harwell, won the junior division choreography award for "Clowns At Play". A great competition and we are excited about our next one coming up April 29, May 1st.
